If you are like me you might be thinking about ongoing schemes to be healthier. I need to sit at the computer less. So I gave myself an allotment of 5 hours in a week. Is that too much? I made these little chits representing 15 minutes each so I could keep track. I probably just wanted to make little pieces of paper with stickers on them... but I'm going to try...
