I am in love...

 Sometimes I so appreciate the Internet. I have been gazing at this amazing doll of mine. Kristin found her in the Waldport Fleamarket and Ginger fixed her broken arm.

She is a miniature mannequin sewing doll from the 1940s. She came in a kit with patterns and fabric and  sometimes a cute little sewing machine was included.

I love how these dolls look like real people. They look sad, or wistful, but not happy. I guess it's because they were made during difficult times.

I had best go to bed and stop being so happy about dolls. And Ging, Oscar the mitten kitten, and Monty and Simon say hi. They are all snoozing and dreaming of you.
