oh janice...what can i say. this christmas dinner looked warm and inviting and in order to keep resolution #2 you are going to have to fall in love with food (seriously). next time your at the book store take a look at this cookbook "The Splendid Table's "How To Eat Supper" by Lynne Rossetto Kasper and Sally Swift. The book starts out with this quote "The world is divided into two kinds of people: those who wake up thinking about what they're going to eat for supper, and those who don't." LRK hosts a show called "The Spendid Table" on NPR and you can download podcasts...seriously we listen to 2-4 every road trip (my children have created mock episodes from memory!) You must find a way to fall in love with food!
